Acceptance

By using Arcane or any Lucint service, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

What you can do

You may use Arcane to manage AI integrations within your organization, subject to the limits of your plan. You may not resell or sublicense access without a written agreement.

What we provide

We will make Arcane available per the uptime SLAs in your plan and will give reasonable notice of breaking changes. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free.

Data ownership

You own your data. We process it only as needed to operate the platform. On account termination, you can export your data within 30 days before deletion.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the free tier. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lucint's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for injunctive relief.
