What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company) when you sign up or contact us, and usage data (feature interactions, error logs) to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
We use your information to operate and improve Arcane, communicate with you about your account, and send product updates if you opt in. We do not use it for advertising.
Data storage
Data is stored in the United States and European Union. Enterprise and self-hosted customers can specify their own data residency requirements.
Third-party services
We use a small set of sub-processors (Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing, Plausible for privacy-preserving analytics). A full list is available on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable rights are fully honored. Contact privacy@lucint.ai.
